In order to maintain a peaceful and safe neighborhood where children can play with freedom and tranquility and each of us can enjoy the security and tranquility of our home, there are certain rules and regulation we must adhere to. There is no solicitation in the neighborhood. If you invite a sales person to your home, they must understand that they cannot go to any other houses.

1. The speed limit in the entire neighborhood is 20 MPH.
2. The retention ponds are for collecting rain run off. There is no fishing in any of the ponds.
3. Occasionally an alligator will wonder into the ponds from surrounding area. In order to prevent any injuries and encourage other alligators to roam in, please do not feed the alligators.
4. Vehicles are not permitted to block the sidewalks at any time.
5. The personal gate code cannot be posted anywhere outside the gate area. Any code left displayed at the gates will be deleted from the system.
6. No unlicensed motorized vehicle permitted to be operated on the streets and sidewalks.
