Storm Debris Disposal Options Available for\u00a0<\/strong>Hillsborough County Customers<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Hillsborough County, Fla. (Sept. 7, 2016) \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Cleaning up your yard after last week\u2019s brush with Hurricane Hermine? If you\u2019re a Hillsborough County solid waste customer, here\u2019s what you need to know.<\/p>\n

Yard Waste Curbside Collection<\/strong>
\nFor curbside pickup, you may set out up to twelve 30-gallon containers or bags of yard waste, or 2 cubic yards (about the size that a full-sized pickup truck can carry) of stacked materials. Containers, bundles, bags or individual items cannot exceed 50 pounds. Cut tree limbs and other yard waste into pieces no more than 4 feet long or 6 inches in diameter.<\/p>\n

Yard Waste Collection Sites<\/strong>
\nThe County\u2019s Yard Waste Processing Collection Sites accept residential bulk yard waste material. There is no charge to access the centers. Bring a photo ID and current property tax bill showing the Solid Waste collection and disposal assessments.<\/p>\n

The Yard Waste Processing Collection Sites are open\u00a0Monday\u00a0through\u00a0Saturday, from\u00a07:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.<\/p>\n
