(Sept. 7, 2016) \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Cleaning up your yard after last week\u2019s brush with Hurricane Hermine? If you\u2019re a Hillsborough County solid waste customer, here\u2019s what you need to know.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yard Waste Curbside Collection<\/strong><br \/>\nFor curbside pickup, you may set out up to twelve 30-gallon containers or bags of yard waste, or 2 cubic yards (about the size that a full-sized pickup truck can carry) of stacked materials. Containers, bundles, bags or individual items cannot exceed 50 pounds. Cut tree limbs and other yard waste into pieces no more than 4 feet long or 6 inches in diameter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yard Waste Collection Sites<\/strong><br \/>\nThe County\u2019s Yard Waste Processing Collection Sites accept residential bulk yard waste material. There is no charge to access the centers. Bring a photo ID and current property tax bill showing the Solid Waste collection and disposal assessments.<\/p>\n<p>The Yard Waste Processing Collection Sites are open\u00a0Monday\u00a0through\u00a0Saturday, from\u00a07:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Northwest &#8211; 8001 W. Linebaugh Ave. in Tampa<\/li>\n<li>South County &#8211; 13000 U.S. 41 in Gibsonton<\/li>\n<li>Resource Recovery Facility &#8211; 350 N. Falkenburg Road in Tampa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Other Storm Debris<\/strong><br \/>\nTake large volumes of debris or oversized items that don\u2019t fit in the gray roll cart to a Community Collection Center. Residential customers may deliver up to 10 cubic yards of solid waste material to collection centers each year as part of their annual assessment. Bring a photo ID and current property tax bill showing the Solid Waste collection and disposal assessments.<\/p>\n<p>These centers are open\u00a0Monday\u00a0through\u00a0Saturday, from\u00a07:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alderman Ford &#8211; 9402 County Road 39 in Lithia<\/li>\n<li>Hillsborough Heights &#8211; 6209 County Road 579 in Seffner<\/li>\n<li>Northwest County &#8211; 8001 W.
