This period will cover the holiday season, a time of year when larger amounts of garbage and recyclables are generated and more capacity generally is needed. At the conclusion of the \u201ctest drive,\u201d if a resident wants to exchange a roll cart, a one-time size change at no charge can be arranged by contacting your Franchise Collector from January 15 \u2013 March 15, 2014.
