Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval is required for any alterations to the exterior of your home or lot including, but not limited to, painting, fence installation, sheds or structural changes to your home in accordance with our deed restrictions.

Please review the ‘ARC Guidelines‘ to assist in your alterations request.

Please submit the ‘Alteration Application Form‘ to the Covington Estates Property Manager for approval prior to making alterations. The approval process requires review by three separate members of the ARC, so please plan for a 10-day period from submission to response under normal circumstances.
