The rules of the HOA community are set forth in what is called the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). The goal of the CC&Rs is protect, preserve, and enhance property values in the community.  All purchasers agree to abide by these restrictions when they close on their home in Covington Estates.
