Gates to the community will be open for a neighborhood garage sale on Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

There is no cost to individual homes to participate.

COVINGTON RESIDENT PET OWNERS  – 

Please take note that having your animal in the community is a conditional license per our governing documents.

Each owner shall have the responsibility to clean up the waste produced by his or her pet immediately.

With the recent hardware upgrades to the gate controller, the gate now supports 10-digit dialing, so numbers from area codes other than 813 can be added. If you would like to change your gate directory listing to use a new number, please send an email to the HOA board and Arnie Bowers will include the change during the next maintenance update.

The Covington Estates Annual Spring Garage Sale is scheduled for Saturday, April 6 from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. No need to register; just open the garage and start selling!

A message from Hillsborough County:

Residents in New Tampa communities receive service for trash, recycling, and yard waste through Hillsborough County, assessed as an annual non-ad valorem fee on property tax bills. Solid waste services provided for Hillsborough County’s residential customers as part of the annual fee include:

• Curbside trash collection, twice a week
• Curbside recycling collection, once a week
• Curbside yard waste collection, once a week
• Use of several Hillsborough County Solid Waste facilities where residents can dispose of many types of waste that aren’t allowed in, or are too large for, the regular trash or recyclables cart:
  • Household Hazardous Waste
  • Paint & electronics
  • Appliances and bulky items
  • Yard & wood waste
  • General household trash

New Tampa Neighborhood, Civic, Homeowner Associations, Crime Watch Programs, and Special Taxing Districts may also be eligible for Community Clean-up Grants. These grants can be used for projects that will beautify their area and provide residents an opportunity to dispose of large household items not eligible for normal trash pick-up.
